01/20/12 — Because putting that stuff in the front of the fridge doesn’t work!
This came via Lifehacker and it seems so smack-myself-upside-the-head simple, but making a box for the food that is about to go bad is going to save a lot of money and arguments! Must get a box now.
Speaking of boxes, I’ve been contemplating getting a cheese safe from Cowgirl Creamery since it has a cute mouse on it and the tiny bits of cheese we get from the cutout bin at Whole Foods (tiny = cheap) get lost in the fridge easily.
